    They don’t have many traditions and school spirt, but the official mascot is the cougar named Shasta. But they do have some traditions like:
     Frontier Fiesta which is a festival that is student run and led.

    It is a showcase to show the diverse talents of the student body.

To do either I have to go to college so I can be more informed about this topic and be able to work in this profession. I chose UH because it is close to home and offers my major. I also chose it because of the cost. Compared to other colleges, the University of Houston isn't that bad. They also offer a lot of financial help.
