Happiness is what you decide to believe. We also have distractions from everything that is going on in the world, good or bad. For example dancing. When you are dancing you are distracted from everything that is going on. You are not worried about the good or bad that is happening outside of your life, your mainly focused on just that action at that time. But when you do that distraction from the outside world so much, it becomes boring and doesn’t seem to please you anymore and have the same impact of happiness as it did before.

People around the world drink liquor, go to parties and dance, go play video games to suspend what’s going on in there life and think that that is happiness when it’s not. You feel happy when your events in your life are fulfilling the expectations of how life should go. But when your events go how you don’t expect it, you are unhappy.
