The balloon is like a magnet! My hypothesis was correct!

We tested the charged balloon on the pieces of napkin! LOOK! The pieces of napkin stuck to the charged balloon.

This reveals that the charged balloon can also attract tissue paper because the balloon is negativity charged and the paper is positively charged and lightweight! - Zoe
