Electrical energy a.k.a electricity is carried by charged particles and can be stored in the form of static electricity. These particles can move which turns it into current electricity and moves along a circuit. And when a circuit is hooked up to appliances it harnesses the energy which powers them and allows them to fulfill their use. The heart actually uses electrical energy to pump blood into our bodies. The brain also sends signals to the heart via electrical energy. The formula for electrical energy is E=VxIxT.

Energy transfers from object to object and can even go to other locations. This is known as energy transfer and is how many appliances work. An example of energy transfer is the three energy transfers for thermal heat convection, conduction, and radiation. All three of these are used for boiling water the electromagnetic rays are radiation. And when the heat reaches the pot the it boils the water which is convection. Conduction is when you make direct contact with the pot and it is hot.

Energy transformation is when energy one type of energy transforms into another. Energy transformation can be seen in many things such as a a toaster. It starts out as electrical energy but then transforms into thermal and toasts whatever comes out. Another example could be a car. A car usually needs gas which is chemical energy and then transforms that energy into mechanical energy which allows the car to drive.

Yes energy can in fact change via energy transformation. Energy can transform into any other type of energy. An example could be a battery going into a flashlight. The flashlight uses the chemical energy form the battery to produce light. This is proof of how energy can actually change into another type of energy and how it doesn't always stay the same.
