The one I think takes the cake is "Boulders may not be rolled on city property." From my perspective I think it is dumb because I am just picturing a group of teenagers rolling boulders down the road. I have never seen that happen. I belive this is because of a larger population. Society has chnged and morphed a lot since the beginning of our nation's history.
