The Prosecutors - Mrs. Stapleton had to know of the hound and didn't try to warn any of the Baskervilles of her husbands plan. Mr. Stapleton wanted to gain the Baskervilles trust. When they meet up Berly could've warned Sir Henry yet she didn't. So that proves that Berly did with hold evidence/plans from the Baskervilles that could have saved some of their lives. 
Defense - Berly couldn't control her husband and what ever she said to him would not have changed his mind in any way. The Prosecutors- Mrs. Stapleton had to have been aware of the hound because it was being kept in their outhouse. Mrs. Stapleton and Sir Henry spent a lot of time together by themselves so Stapleton could gain Baskervilles' trust. During these meetings, Beryl had more than enough time to caution Sir Henry of Mr. Stapleton's intentions, and she had numerous chances to caution Mr. Stapleton but hadn't said a word. 

Defense- Beryl Stapleton did not purposefully aid her husband with his crimes. She did not have any control over the outcome and therefore shall be innocent.

Dr. John Watson- Watson talked about how he and Sherlock handled this case and how it began. He briefly talked about how he found about the curse through the manuscript. He believes that Beryl Stapleton is innocent of Jack Stapleton's crimes. He believes this because she tried to give warnings to Sir Charles right after she found out Sir Henry was coming to Baskerville Hall. Dr. John Watson provided many quotes and evidence to back up his statements.

Holmes- Holmes talks about how Beryl must have known Jack Stapleton's plan to inherit Baskerville Hall because she's warned Sir Henry a few times. Once she warned him with the letter and when she met him for the first time. Holmes also notes that Beryl could've known something because Jack got Beryl to agree that they would tell people that they were brother and sister. Holmes adds to that by saying that Beryl would have to know why he had a dog and most importantly why he would put phosphorus on its head. Through his investigation Holmes found Beryl tied up, and Beryl told him that she helped Jack put up the light wands to light the pathway through the mire. 
 
Selden (from the dead)- Selden describes how he knows very little about this case and didn't know very much about the Stapleton's. 
 
Inspector Lestrade- Inspector Lestrade states that he had limited knowledge of the case of Mr. Stapleton's arrest. He included that while they were investigating, they went to search Merripit house for Mr. Stapleton and found Beryl tied up within a locked room. He found out Mr. Stapleton had been abusing Beryl. He followed this up with the fact that Beryl felt relief when they told her what they had done to the hound and wanted to show them more signs that Jack had been abusing her.

John Barrymore- Mr. Barrymore announces that he only knows a few things about the Stapleton family. The information that he provided on the Stapleton's was how Jack Stapleton was being very suspicious after the death of Sir Charles. He added on to this by saying how Jack acted very surprised by his death, but then acted very shady by the topic. Mr. Barrymore also thinks that he seemed very interested in the next Baskerville that was in line to inherit the Hall as well. He also believes the Stapleton was a very shady and silent person, and especially weirder when Sir Charles had died. John Barrymore thinks that whenever he seemed to see Mrs. Barrymore, she would always be near his presumed, brother, and would have a very frightened look upon her face. He finishes up by arguing that Mr. Stapleton and Mrs. Stapleton seem very different from each other, and even though he wasn't close with them he was scared for them.

Dr. Mortimer - Mortimer talked about going to Sherlock and finding the prints next to the body. Thought there was a creature on the moor like the Baskervilles. Thinks Berly helped her husband. Thought the Stapleton's were nice people.
Mr. Frankland -  Tries to solve every case that he comes across of. Looks out upon the moor and can see what is happening out there. Saw Selden out on the moor and told Sherlock. Also told Watson about a boy who was delivering food to a hut. People didn't like him that he spied. Has know the Stapleton's but has not interreacted. Only saw Selden not the hound out on the Gripmen mire where the hound was. Thinks Beryl is innocent.
Laura Lyons - Was told that Sir Charles death was suspicions. Charles said not to go to the death. Watson questioned LL, she lied because she didn't want her private affairs to become private affairs. Didn't want to tell anything to Stapleton. Watson and Holmes went back to her house to confront her about her lying. Thought the Stapleton's relationship was normal, brother and sister. Was going to get a divorce and then get married to him. Stapleton never gave any hints of his "sister" being his wife. Didn't know anything about the hound.
Henry Baskerville - Would have died w/o Sherlock and Watsons help; Forever grateful. Received letter, thought it was odd. Said to stay away from the moor. The family curse was reveled. Brown boot has been stolen, black boot replaced it. Thought Berly was in love with him. Jack hated henry. Thought Barrymore was the most likely subject. Explained that they were not it was just Selden. They were going to go after Selden but with no luck. Was found by the hound. Doesn't know if Berly is guilty or innocent.  Thought Beryl was the love of his life. Didn't believe the hound. Beryl - (Said through tears) Mentally abused, though the love for her husband was fooled. Metal painful. Why would she send the letter if she was helping Jack. Wanted Sir Henry to go back to London and to not to stay one the Moor. Sir Henry was in danger. How could she be an accomplice if she was tied up and gaged. Playing the victim?
