Are you frustrated to sweep the trash into the dustpan again and again as it keeps falling off from the dustpan?

There are always trash around the dustpan because the trash pan is too small and people do not want to get their hands dirty.
We can encourage people by putting up poster to remind them to throw the trash properly and by placing sanitizer beside the dustpan.
