         <title>My experience with the Pandemic</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the time in we were locked up into our houses because the pandemic, many people (included me) had a lot of problems; But we are used to only look at the problems forgetting the good things that happened to us during that time, things like: We had more time for ourselves, we could learn from our mistakes, or that we had the time to practice new hobbies.<br><br>For example I improved my cooking skills (I love cooking)<br><br>Also I have a lot of time to practice with my instruments, like the piano or the guitar.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>My problems with the pandemic</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When the Coronavirus spread in the country (in march), sadly I got that virus. When I was sick I feel so bad, I think that I wasn't going to make it, I had short breath, fever, headeache, muscle pains,  fatigue,  vomit, and another symptoms.<br><br>I really pass a hard moment in those months, I went two times to the hospital; in one of those times the medics hardly let me leave the hospital because my heart rate was almost 120.<br><br>Then I went to my house and I took rest; I started to feel better in mid-April, and by the end of April my symptoms had almost completely disappeared.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Strategies to change a bad experience into a good one</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We will always have to face negative and bad experiences in our lives; That's a natural part of the life and we can't change that; but there is something we can still change, and it is the way in which we face the things. For that reason, today I will show you some strategies and advices to face a bad situation. most of all in these difficult times that we are facing due to the pandemic.<br><br>Look the problems from another perspective: When the problems approach you, you have to look at them from another perspective, you have to look what you win with these problems, never focus on the losses. Although the problem has only losses around it, you will always gain the learning that it leaves.<br><br>Always have a plan b: It's very important to have a plan b everytime you want to do something; if you have it, when the problem approaches and what you wanted to do first did not go well, you can always resort to plan b.<br><br>Open up to possibilities: We don't always get what we want, we need to have that clear, so lets be open to the possibilities, if you don't have a plan b, and your first plan got arruined, be creative it is not the end of the world.<br><br>For example, a good strategy you can apply is to use the second advice; let's think you wanted to go and hang out with your friends at a party , but you can't cause' the Covid, you always could resort to gather your friends in a house and hang out without the need to gather so many people.<br><br>Another strategy is the second advice. let's say you wanted to go out and eat in a restaurant, but you can't because the restaurant is cloesd because the Covid, you can always buy the ingredients and do the food by yourself, or do the recipe you always wanted to do. That's a good example of how to be creative, entertain yourself and eat delicious food.<br><br>And that's it, follow these tips if you want to make your live easier during the quarantine.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
