Roffo Bakso has been chosen for the name of our company because we think is suitable and attractive to people in Rafflesia College. Our target market is the students in the college and the people around. Our company is a company that sells food products that surely would be beneficence to many students, and we are very dedicated in selling foods within minimum cost especially for students. Students are so busy throughout day and night with lots of assignments, they might not have enough time to go out and prepare the food. Therefore, we come out with an idea to introduce bakso to solve the problems stated above. By merely buying the bakso from us, they can simply have lunch without a need to think about searching for food. It is because we provide free delivery with simple packaging. It helps the students to fill their stomachs in the evening. It is also enough for them to enhance their energy to nighttime. 

We are sure that people are going to love our bakso because it comes with special “sambal” that we made with our own recipe which makes them special. We used 40 paddy chilies and 10 red chilies with salt, sugar and limes added to the “sambal” to enhance the flavor. Also, our bakso also comes with meatballs, vegetables and soup which provide a balanced diet to them.

 

 

Chief Executive Officer Assistant

Role description: The task of the CEO Assistant is to provide an opinion for the CEO to finalize the decision for the group. Assistant CEO is also in charge of helping the CEO to make sure all group members' work is smooth and is on track. All the problems that may arise will be passed to the CEO and the assistant will try to help all committees to solve the problem together with other members.

Marketing & Sales Executive

Role description: As the members in-charged of marketing & sales, we have created social media accounts via Instagram (roffo_bakso) and facebook (ROFFO BAKSO). These accounts allowed our company to advertise our products in a more organized and creative way. It also provided a safe space for our customers to communicate with us. Most of the contents on the accounts were made by us, including the videos (reels). The applications used were Canva and CapCut. Feedbacks from our customers regarding the bakso were also posted on the accounts to pique other followers' or customers' interest. Generally, the feedbacks were very positive. As a marketing & sales executive, we are very aware of the movements on social media accounts handled, and informed on the things appropriate to be posted to ensure no party was harmed, emotionally or mentally.

Role description: The consultant functions to help to maximize the growth of company. Besides, I am offering trustworthy advice and expertise to the company to enhance the performance, profitability, strategy marketing and management. The consultant also detect issues in company and critically solve it.

Role description: The customer service executives are responsible for attending to customer’s needs and complaints to the best of their ability. In an easy word, our primary duty is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The customer service executives usually answer calls from the customers if they want to place order or if they have any queries regarding our product which is Roffo Bakso. Next, we also in charge of taking and collecting orders from our customers as well as managing any cancellations from our customers due to unavoidable circumstances. If there any complaint regarding our Roffo Bakso after receiving feedback from the customers, we will find the solution to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our Roffo Bakso in the future.

Financial & Purchasing Executive

Role description: We, the operation plan executives are planning marketing strategies for the company to minimize Roffo Bakso's budget. Besides, we are reviewing the performance of competitors and report it to the CEO‘s assistant. We are ensuring the goal of our company achieve. Last but not least, the operation plan executives are also reviewing the customer complain and communicate the issue to CEO‘s assistant.
