Teamwork on sports team is a key factor that leads to success. When on a sports team, teamwork looks like showing up to every practice and giving your all. If one person doesn't achieve this, it can negatively impact the whole team. When the entire team comes together it allows you to be able to perform to your best potential. Another important reasonability you have as a member to your team is to make sure that you are helping others out to ensure that everybody is on the same page. No matter if your a upper-class man or under-class man, everyone is equally important and a crucial member of the team. One last reason that teamwork is a key factor for success is, you need to be able to work with your peers and you will accomplish your goals as a team.

Teamwork in theatre builds trust and friendships. It is shown because everyone has different skills and contributions. Upper-Class men can show teamwork and teach under-class men how to work together. Some ways that we use teamwork is set building, props, sound, lights, and costumes. Set builders use teamwork by helping each other lift heavy set pieces.

Teamwork is truly the cornerstone of a successful program or group. When you build positive relationships within your team you also build trust and you can count on everyone to do their part in successes and to help each other up when we fall. Learning to cooperate and collaborate with others and build solid communication and positivity will carry you far beyond high school sports. Teamwork will allow for more success and ability to problem solve in future careers and life in general. Teamwork makes the dream work (accomplishing shared goals and visions) and it is a huge part of what it means to be a champion!

In cross country, teamwork is one of the absolute most important ideologies that we train by. Although lots think that it is an individual sport, so much teamwork goes into it as well. Your value in the team does not solely depend on your speed but rather lays in your cooperation, morale boost and your ability to work together well and support each other through the good and hard days where sometimes it may feel impossible to keep going.
