In my opinion, Linh will not have needs because she will not be 18 years old so her parents will probably take care of her education and accommodation. Linh will save 1 million VND per month to buy a phone. The rest will be wants.

Buying a used phone can have many disadvantages because if you need it right away, you can buy it from a reputable store. In my opinion, 7 months is a huge discount.
