Every exposure to UV radiation can increase the risk of skin cancer. Adults with higher levels of education and knowledge of sun-protection practices may be at lower risk.&nbsp;<br>Australia has one of the highest rates of skins cancers in the world, with over 440,000 Australians being treated for skin cancer each year. </div>]]></description>

Smoking can course diseases such as;&nbsp;<br>Lung/kidney cancer, strokes, blindness, heart disease, chronic lung disease and asthma.<br>&nbsp;It is the single most&nbsp; preventable cause of Ill-health and death in Australians population. It is roughly thought that tobacco smoking contributes to 7.8 per cent of the burden of diseases in Australia.</div>]]></description>

It also helps to improve glucose metabolism, reduce body fat and lowers blood pressure. It helps people to have better mental health,with more positive self-concept and self-esteem. The recommended minimum level of physical activity for adults is 150 minutes per week of walking or other moderate or vigorous activity, with at least 30 minutes per day activity.</div>]]></description>
