         <description><![CDATA[<div>This illness is specifically treated with two main treatments such as; psychotherapy and medications .The symptoms that are treated during Cognitive behavioral therapy aims to stop negative cycles such as these by breaking down things that make you feel bad, anxious or scared.Anxiety disorder is not completely curable because a person's tendency towards anxiety is part of their genetic makeup .<br><br>For medication part; first-line drugs are the selective serotonin re uptake inhibitors and serotonin-norepinephrine re-uptake inhibitors.Medications for anxiety disorders often include: Anti-anxiety medications, such as benzodiazepines, may decrease your anxiety, panic and worry.<br><br>The medications help treat symptoms such as panic,sleepiness,etc..<br><br><br>Part 2 Question?</div><ul><li>Some ways I can help those who may be suffering with this disorder is to gently let them know that you think they might be having a panic attack and that you are there for them. encourage them to breathe slowly and deeply – it can help to do something structured or repetitive they can focus on, such as counting out loud, or asking them to watch while you gently raise your arm up and down..</li><li>&nbsp;If I did have this order the way I would help myself is by using some coping skills such as;write down my thoughts and feelings ,using aromatherapy, and practice my breathing techniques . </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
