Each week students have the opportunity to showcase their rehearsal etiquette along with how focused and productive they can be. All of their hard work (if any) pays off on Great Fridays!
    Great Fridays: Students are allowed to use the last half of class to...
    a) Share YouTube music recommendation with the class
    b) Sing solos, duets, or group songs for the class!
    c) Listen to classical music while studying for another class!

    Alternatively, if less work is seen...
    Good Fridays: Students will continue rehearsal to the end of class in groups of four (soprano, alto, tenor and baritone/bass).

    *For students who choose not to follow classroom bylaws (depending on the severity), will be asked to rehearse alone with myself aiding  individually, if needed.*
    **If problematic behavior continues student's guardian will be notified for additional help to address issue (administration will be made aware as last resort).**

In order to reach this sense of vulnerability with one another, we must first find both empathy and acceptance within ourselves. While in this classroom there SHALL BE NO BULLYING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED!

         In addition to openness and trust, as musicians we must learn to be confident in our decisions (that includes mistakes as well). Staying true to the pledge we will make to ourselves, "to be life long learners" and to "learn to grow from our faults", will be the most important driving force in bettering ourselves this semester and throughout our lives. Bettering yourself as an individual has a domino effect and greatly impacts the environments you chose to be apart of!

    1. Student will be removed from classroom environment immediately.
    2. An office referral will be written with the incident details. 
    3. Proper administrative officials and parents will be contacted. 
    4. Consequential outcomes will be determined by school administration. 
    The above clause is an institutional staple and  our school's promise to provide a safe environment for every learner.
