3 eggs, 200 grams of flour, 150 grams of sugar, zest of 1 lemon, 4 spoons of butter and cinnamon to taste.
Mix up the eggs with the butter and the zest until well mixed.
Then add the cinnamon,stirring constantly and finally the well-mixed flour.
On a tray lined with parchment paperand greased with butter make small balls with a spoon and put them in the oven for 20  minutes at 180° degrees until golden.
