My name is Elyssa and I am an incoming 9th grader! Over this summer, I am going to spend time with my dogs, swim in our new above-ground pool, and play summer softball. I have 3 dogs who are all the absolute sweetest and a caring sister who constantly gets on my nerves! My mom is a Spanish teacher and my dad is a doctor, so they love to help people. My favorite subjects are Math, Science, and Spanish. As a student, I have chosen my foreign language to be Spanish, so you will be in pretty good hands! I love learning new things! In addition, I have 2 years of working at Temple Shir Tikva under my belt. I work as an assistant to the teacher, so that means I mainly work with the children. At the Temple, I worked with 4th graders and 3rd graders, so I know how to teach those who aren't very excited about learning.
