My name is Sarahi Romero, and I’m excited to connect with you all! This is my second semester as a graduate student at Texas Woman’s University. I’m currently pursuing a double master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration, which has been a rewarding and challenging journey so far.

I’m a proud Houston native and still reside here. I look forward to learning from everyone’s unique perspectives and experiences this semester.

If this course aligns with my initial understanding of organizational behavior, I believe it will benefit me both academically and professionally. Studying organizational behavior is essential because it helps individuals understand and improve workplace dynamics.
