Before starting this course, I understood the term Organizational Behavior to mean having the discipline to stay organized in all aspects of life.

If this course aligns with my initial understanding of organizational behavior, I believe it will benefit me both academically and professionally. Studying organizational behavior is essential because it helps individuals understand and improve workplace dynamics. Additionally, it equips leaders with the tools to effectively manage teams and foster a positive organizational culture.

Personality refers to the unique set of traits and characteristics that define how individuals consistently think, feel, and behave. Perception is the process by which we interpret and make sense of sensory information, shaping our understanding and reactions to our environment. Attribution explains the causes of behaviors, attributing them either to internal factors, such as personality, or external factors, such as situational circumstances. Attitude encompasses our feelings, beliefs, and predispositions toward people, objects, or situations, directly influencing our behavior. Emotions are short-lived yet intense reactions to specific events, while ethics represent the moral principles that guide our decisions and ensure fairness and integrity in our actions.
