Climate change <s>always</s> has been a hot topic of conversation. Because of its profound effects on both natural ecosystems and human society, global warming has drawn more and more attention from scientists. It is characterized by its persistence and unpredictability. These events are predicted to become more frequent and severe as global warming picks up speed, presenting significant challenges to communities everywhere. According to scientists, 2023's summer was unusually warm. It was already the warmest summer in the Northern Hemisphere, since about 1850 (Erdenesanaa, 2024). Scientists saw unusual extremes in 2023 in the North Atlantic's high sea surface temperatures and the Southern Ocean's low sea ice extent, both outside the range of the daily time series from 1982 to 2011 (Kuhlbrodt et al, 2024). This extreme climate change requires our attention. While some people say there is no need to worry at all, because they feel that global warming will not affect the era in which they live, global warming needs immediate attention because global warming affects ocean temperatures and sea ice, increases human exposure to heat and causes natural disasters such as wildfires.

(Erdenesanaa, 2024)

(Kuhlbrodt et al, 2024)

Since 1970, the Earth's temperature has risen faster than in any comparable period. The world has already warmed by about 1.2 degrees Celsius on average. The National Climate Assessment found that since peaking in 2007, the United States emissions of heat-trapping gases have declined, but the reductions are still insufficient to meet international targets for avoiding catastrophic climate change. If carbon pollution is not further reduced, the serious climate risks facing the United States will continue to increase. Scientists have found that extreme heat waves could make parts of the Middle East too hot for human habitation. Rising temperatures also pose significant risks to China and India. Each year, 4.9 million people could die from extreme heat. Although climate impacts affect both ecosystems and humans, some people believe that climate change is a natural phenomenon and not caused by human activities, but people should be worried because climate have an impact on the ocean, on the natural disaster and on the ecosystem.

It was found that man-made warming began earlier that in the past. The warming phenomenon caused by the increase in greenhouse gases first appeared in the tropical ocean and the Arctic in 1830, that is to say, the climate warming seen today began as early as 180 years old. In recent years climate warming has been a hot topic, and the frequency of extreme weather events has increased like wildfires and melting glaciers or something like that, making people care more about it. People tend to choose products which are ‘green’ or ‘eco friendly’, it is good to see this trend. Despite we are facing these environmental problems and their exit, there are still a lot of people who don’t believe our earth is facing a serious environmental problem, they think the news just exaggeratedly reported and trying to mislead people for their views. So the question is ‘Is there any evidence that can surely prove the climate warming problem is exit or serious?’ While some people refuse to accept the existence of global warming, climate warming is a serious problem because warming is affecting our life, <s>For example 2023 is the hottest summer in 2000 years,</s> and it will cause drought conditions to occur more frequently and<s> , affect our food supply. So climate warming is killing our food supply and</s> the amount of carbon dioxide is increasing.

Since the industrial revolution in 1800s, the temperature has increased near 1 degree Celsius according to NASA. 1 degree Celsius is not a significant , but it represents a warning to our earth.

In the last few years, the increasing number of people pay attention to the topic of the increasing temperature of the earth. Most countries, however, remain positive about the potential climate catastrophe caused by rising temperatures. However, <s>W </s>we should worry about the situation that the temperature of the earth has been increasing because more and more animals and plants are becoming extinct, the earth's sea level is rising, and more and more natural disasters are harming human beings absolutely. It is obvious that global warming has had an impact on the activities of living things. Whether in terms of climate, water or air, the negative impact of global warming can not be ignored under the threat of heat. In addition, research has shown that factory production, the widespread use of motor vehicles and other activities do indeed drive the rate and progress of global warming. As I am reading, I am looking for the three reasons that you will use to prove your claim. It is not clear to me whether the three reasons are 'extinction of plants and animals, rising sea levels and more natural disasters' OR 'the threat of heat, widespread us of motor vehicles'. The thesis statement should be the last sentence of the introductory paragraph.

Canada's climate is warming twice as fast as the rest of the world, and northern Canada is warming even faster, nearly three times the global warming rate, the report said（Dickson，J，2019，April1）Marjorie Shepherd, director of climate research at Environment Canada, said global warming has not been uniform, with some regions warming more than others, and Canada's average temperature has increased by 1.7 degrees since records began in 1948. Since 1948, the average annual temperature in northern Canada has increased by 2.3 degrees Celsius. The united nations report says there is no doubt that humans are the main cause of climate change（Bein，S，2021，August，9） This is usually caused by people's carbon emissions such as heating systems, car exhaust and some facilities that burn coal，Global warming will melt the glaciers and cause the sea level to rise, while the high temperature will cause forest fires in some areas and make some animals unfit to live, such as penguins or seals. <s>w </s>While some may argue that global warming is not a problem, global warming is harmful to human beings because <s>This</s> it will cause glaciers to melt, sea level to rise and <s>we will lose </s> the loss of some coastal land, and many animals will be unable to adapt to the environment and become extinct, such as penguins and seals, and global warming will also lead to forest fires. It looks to me as though you have five reasons.

From the 19th century, scientists began to study the problem of climate warming and published many reports on climate warming. A lot of people have started to talk about it, some people have no feelings about it because they think that a lot of people are promoting fake news and they don't think that climate change is a problem that people should worry about, but in the opposite, some people think that it is obvious from many natural environmental changes that climate change is a problem that people should worry about that. The question arises of whether people can be should be worried? Although some people do not see a reason for concern, people should be worried because the glaciers are shrinking, and a lot of the natural environment is being affected and secondly it's obvious that many extreme natural disasters are becoming more frequent.Third, people's survival also began to have great hidden dangers.Rather than asking a question, you want to make sure that you make a specific claim for your thesis statement.

Back in the day (I would replace this phrase with something more formal, such as "In the past," or "In the past) , there were plenty of historical monuments left over by ancient indigenous people. As time <s>goes</s> went by, more and more artifacts <s>are</s> were found, and they are mostly placed in museums. These artifacts have become significant with huge value since they represent the abundance of history from past centuries. Yet, in recent years, ethical questions have arisen, such as "who should possess cultural artifacts?" and "where do these monuments really belong?" These questions and conversations involve justice, cultural preservation, and other related issues. It is essential to consider whether these objects should remain in museums or be repatriated to their original land and country. For instance, the United Kingdom has returned 32 gold and silver treasures stolen from the Asante Kingdom more than 150 years ago. Artifacts, including 15 items from the British Museum and 17 from the Victoria and Albert Museum, track back to the 19th century, where the mess period between the British and the Asante people resulted in these objects being looted from the court of the Asante kings(UK returns looted Ghana artifacts on loan after 150 years). Although there are some advocates who claim that artifacts should be left in museums as they could give people opportunities to learn about historical significance globally, these objects should be returned to indigenous people because these objects belong to their ancestors, are part of their cultural heritage, and they have the right to connect with their culture.

In the past, many of these objects were removed during the past colonial era and placed in museums, often without the approval of the native people.

According to NASA's climate data collection, the earth’s temperature has increased by nearly 1 degree Centigrade since the Industrial Revolution in the 19th century. Climate data for 2023 shows the earth is 1.48 degrees warmer than in the past, which is on the verge of exceeding climate scientists’ goal. Recently years witnessed a period that the temperature of the earth has been rising. Global warming has aroused people’s concern and there are different opinions among them. Although some people claim that it has little effect on human life, climate change will bring endless challenges to human life because it will harm marine life, increase extreme weather and cause disease epidemics.

Debates concerning the proper place of ancient artifacts from communities are frequently sparked by their discovery. Many of these artifacts ended up in museums after being taken without authorization in different eras. The question of whether these items should stay in museums or be given back to the inventors' ancestors is currently being debated. While some contend that museums are important for teaching, others think that returning these relics is essential for upholding historical injustices and maintaining identity. The idea of reuniting the relics with their people is heavily advocated in this article. By doing this, we can honor their culture, make up for historical wrongs, and give indigenous peoples the power to direct their own destiny. Can you put the components of the thesis statement into one sentence?

As Mondal claimed in 2024 In addition to being a necessary component of life on Earth, carbon is also a key player in climate regulation. Despite the widespread belief that global warming is not a concern, it is a concern. because extreme weather events such as heat waves, droughts, floods, and others are happening more frequently and intensely throughout the world. I see the counter argument and the stance, but I'm not sure about the three reasons.

Global warming is a major issue facing humanity, with a wide range of impacts, but it is not easy to immediately draw attention to. As time goes by, the temperature gets higher and higher (Kolbert, E.2024）， People will suddenly find themselves in irreversible danger. Although the signs of climate change are not always obvious, their consequences are serious. For example, rising sea levels pose a threat to coastal cities, potentially leaving millions homeless and causing significant social and economic problems. At the same time, the constantly rising high temperatures pose a huge threat to people's health, which may lead to health problems such as heatstroke and dehydration, as well as an increase in deaths related to heat waves. Carrington, D.2022）。 But some people believe that the greenhouse effect is easy to solve, and there is also literature on how to make temperatures drop. So some people don't care about the impact of rising temperatures, and don't care about people experiencing temperature increases. The purpose of this paper is to study various problems harmful to human beings caused by rising temperatures, such as economic problems, heat stroke dehydration, and sea level rise.

You need a thesis statement in the format given in class. That is, you must have the opposing view followed by the stance and three reasons.

Global warming has increased over the years and the effects have been seen from around the world. Due to accumulation of toxins such as carbon dioxide and monoxide from cars and industries. The release of these toxins has not only destroyed the ozone layer which has led to a rise in temperatures causing climate changes, but the effects of global warming have also affected living creatures. A report from the world health organization says that 24.3 percent of deaths are caused by environmental risks such as air pollution, chemical exposure and natural disasters such as floods and famine in different countries. Although some may people argue that the recent climate concerns which presented are usually false or miscalculated because in the recent years many countries have been finding ways to reduce the effects of climate change by switching to electric vehicles and protesting large scale industries, but the effects of it are seen daily as most people are blinded by unofficial news or information. If global warming is not prioritized it may have an impact on nature and the animals in it, the ocean may be affected such as increased sea levels due to melting ice which may cause floods and may also cause hunger as crops are destroyed from lack of good weather system.

Since the end of World War II and the collapse of colonial systems, people around the world have gained the same right to survive in the world. But there has been an issue of Western imperialism plundering the cultural property of indigenous peoples during the colonial period. Tiffany Jenkins' in her report on indigenous artifacts. writes that in the world famous British Museum, many aboriginal cultural relics (such as Türkiye's Elgin marbles, China's Yuanmingyuan porcelain, Australian aboriginal bark and emu statues), which were called "trophies" by the West, were obtained through plunder and injustice(Jenkins，2016). Nowadays, there are also many controversial incidents regarding the return of indigenous cultural relics. So, the emergence of these events has sparked an argument worth in-depth discussion. Should these objects be returned to the decendants of the indigenous people who made or used these objects or should they be left in museums? Some people believe that these items do not need to be returned to the indigenous people who originally owned the cultural relic, because these relics no longer belong to them, and placing ancient relics for museum visits is also a form of protection. Although some people believe that cultural relics do not need to be returned to the indigenous people because they no longer belong to them， it cannot be denied that these cultural relics should be return because these cultural relics were originally produced or used by the indigenous people, and it is only natural for them to be returned, secondly, returning cultural relics to indigenous people can promote the dissemination of indigenous culture and demonstrate support for indigenous culture and thirdly, it can promote or improve the relationship between countries.

Having historical items is a significant honor for people, as well as a severe responsibility. people must evaluate several aspects before deciding whether to return these items to the museums or retain them.

The Elgin marble was transported to Britain in the early 1800s and currently on exhibit at the British Museum. For years, the Greek government has demanded its return, sparking worldwide discussion on property returns (Al Jazeera, 2023). This case serves as an example of reevaluating the cultural and historical significance of property, as well as the interaction between international law. moreover, During World War II, the Nazis steal art and cultural artifacts across Europe, frequently targeting Jewish households and organizations and capturing numerous artworks under pressure. efforts have concentrated on locating and restoring looted art to its legitimate owners or descendants in accordance with international restitution and historical justice principles. This restitution procedure remains difficult, requiring considerable provenance investigation as well as navigating legal hurdles across borders, emphasizing persistent moral issues regarding cultural assets and the long-term consequences of war robbery. While people argues that these artifical objects should be returned to the descendants of the indigenous people, the others argue these must be returned to museum correctly, because of aspects of preservation of cultural heritage, ethical consideration and tourism and economic benefits.

The return of many indigenous artifacts, which were acquired during the colonial era, has sparked heated debates about cultural heritage and the redress of historical injustices. Museums in Europe and North America have large collections of artifacts that reflect a turbulent history of conquest and cultural domination (Daley, 2015). During this period, explorers, colonizers, and missionaries collected or sometimes forcibly removed artifacts from indigenous peoples around the world. These artifacts, ranging from sacred relics to everyday tools, were brought back to Europe and North America, where they were often displayed in museums as trophies of colonial conquest and curiosities from foreign lands. While supporters of keeping these artifacts in museums argue that these institutions play a key role in conservation and education, others argue that indigenous artifacts should be returned because they support cultural continuity, address historical injustices, and are consistent with international norms on cultural sovereignty.
