There are some channels like this out there, make sure you have that something special/extra that make your approach unique. 

Making food from scratch/healthy, affordable meals would be a great idea, other than just telling people how to boil enough pasta for 1- as it's known that getting nutritional meals as a uni student is tough, especially when you don't know what is good for you/what you have access to. 

Consider uploading smaller produced videos that are easier to upload, and it would be great to see you involved in the videos (in front of the screen) as it is your project!
