New dimension : All customer's details might be used by the hackers which will make the customer's safety is in danger. Bank account can also be accessed by hackers.

Situation : Hackers has been accessed the customers' personal details
New dimension : The hacker can used all personal data like address, id number, and also bank account number that might lead to worsen issue

4. Authenticity

Situation : Hackers that able to hijacked the staffs username and password might manipulate and change the data
New dimension : Bank cannot detect any changes occurred in the customers' accounts.

5.Policies
Stakeholder: Wonga Company
Situation:  The transaction has failed because of the customers' own mistakes such as unsttable and unsecured wi-fi connection
New Dimension: The Wonga Company will not be responsible for any mistakes or circumstances that happen during the transaction process because of the carelessness of the customers

Problem : Customers' data are no longer secured. Their data has been hacked.
Security: The data should be protected by using data masking/data obfuscation

Data masking of structured data is the process of obscuring (masking) specific data within a database table or cell to ensure that data security is maintained and sensitive information is not exposed to unauthorized personnel. This may include masking the data from users (for example so banking customer representatives can only see the last 4 digits of a customers national identity number), developers (who need real production data to test new software releases but should not be able to see sensitive financial data), outsourcing vendors, etc.

Characteristics :
- Data masking does not just replace sensitive data with blanks. It creates characteristically intact, but inauthentic, replicas of personally identifiable data or other highly sensitive data in order to uphold the complexity and unique characteristics of data.
- By masking the data, the organization can expose the data as needed to test teams or database administrators without compromising the data or getting out of compliance. 

Weakness :
- Characteristics of the original data that would require specific processing. Yet it must be sufficiently transformed so that no one viewing the replica would be able to reverse-engineer it. 
- Commercial software solutions are available to automate masking and provide confidence in the obfuscation quality.
- The data must undergo enough changes so that it is not obvious that the masked data is from a source of production data.
