“Your People Go First” is a project of Future Design for an ideal new company that employs advanced technological innovations for the wellness of their employees, focusing on four key areas: Environment, Nutrition & Health, Stress relief, and Office Accommodations & Facilitations.

Starting from the employees’ necessities we analyzed disruptive factors affecting comfort and productivity, such as stress, miscommunication, and lack of opportunities.

Event created to promote the inventions of the project "Your People Go First". The mission is to surprise, inspire, and prioritize the well-being of the employees through innovative experiences.

The event is structured as a fake seminar to then reveal the surprise event to the employees; at the location there will be several workshop to promote health and relaxation with a central Totem collecting the wellness and enjoyement rate throughout the event.

The project aims to develop an eco-friendly product line for Chicco, aligning with sustainability goals and market demand for environmentally conscious baby products. The creation of the proposals involved a careful analysis: comparing competitors, reconstructing the target and analysing the risks of green-washing.

The final objective was to turnEcoplus not into a separate line, but in an added value for the whole brand instead that could shift their path.
