When he returns home, even though the fish is gone, he proves he is very determined.

It shows the spirit of never giving up, no matter how big the challenges are. The old fisherman’s perseverance inspire us, and it also reminds our group to support each other and work together to complete all kinds of homework.

We chose "The Wizard of OZ" as our topic, this magical story brings us back to our childhood, though not all of us have read this novel before we've all seen it's movie and heard it's iconic song "Somewhere over the rainbow", The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is a 1900 children's novel written by author L. Frank Baum and illustrated by W. W. Denslow. It was often reprinted under the title The Wizard of Oz, hence our group name, the story follows a Kansas farm girl named Dorothy, after being swept away from their home by a cyclon, she along with her pet dog Toto ends up in the magical Land of Oz, and won't be able to return home until she has destroyed the Wicked Witch of the West.

On her way back home she learns heroism, courage, and growth with her new companions throughout their journey, this magical story, compels us to dive deeper into it's adventures, hidden lessons and darker meanings, one's we might have missed back as children.
