My job as a palliative care physician volunteer in The Ruth Foundation is one of the most fulfilling work I've ever had. You see beauty in everything even if that only one thing is already dull and uncertain. You always tell your patient, "We hope for the best but we must prepare for the worst?" One of the best things about my Kerala experience?
