B, There are mountains with steep slopes beside the city at B. Thus the will be more damage done compared to A which is a flat ground. In a city, infrastructures are built. When earthquake is occurs there will be landslide and tall building will be destroyed and gas pipe will be ruptured cause fire inccidence.
