Romy Valdespino Rodriguez began a doctor of psychology program at Carlos Albizu University in 2023, with an emphasis on clinical psychology. She has a professional interest in working with young adult and youth patients living with serious mental disorders, ranging from bipolar disorder to schizophrenia.
