-How does human interaction affect in today's society?
With Covid and quarantine. Yes staying home is the most save way to protect yourself but also other people. If people were to interacted because...humans, government should be very strict with the rules about wearing masks and being clean.

-How is it connected to other basic human rights?
When teaching students, there should always be activities that involved working together and having some sort human interaction to help the student grow as a person but also working together for the greater good.
For technology/internet would be censorship. Having bans on certain social group or website that disconnect the people from interacting and sharing information, creating a sense of community.

-How would human interaction be provided?
Say first amendment can be exercise.
Allow groups to be form with no intention of it being illegal
With isolation and depression, there should be more programs provided or stress out to the public saying if you need help as a person who is struggling with depression, or just suck at talking to people, there should be class and rehab that help with those people. Its not longer a waiting game, its time to seek them and kidnap them and help them.(its not bad, its just aggressive helping)
