The dove blotched in black.

The cold storm blazed outside.

And through that storm, the prince sought.

Only a piece of bread and water in his sack.

“I’ll kill him. I’ll slay him.” he thought.

As he heard a stick crack.

His face was covered in snow, only a little black dot.

The bird was to eat him as a snack.
