Kinesthetic - labs or other hands on activities
Visual - Pictures or other previous work done by students to help them walk through what the task at hand is
Auditory - l will have a well prepared lecture at the beginning go class to give them a walk through of what is going on.

I will have a planner available for myself where I will write out what will be going on each day. I will keep ahead of lesson planning by about a week. I will make sure all of my lessons are all planned out accordingly and I will always have a back up plan. I will follow the Iowa standards according. When planning a lesson I will also ask my co-workers for help on what they have used to have the most successful learning they can. I will ask about what tools to use, and other resources they use in their room or have used in the past. Also when creating a lesson plan, I will ask my students what they find to be the most fun, and what they would like to do during the day. I will have many different activities planned throughout the week to keep the students focused and keep their urge for learning to continue. I plan on testing their knowledge with not only assessments, but also testing them by making them apply their knowledge to "real life". I will have multiple activities planned throughout the school year for everyone to get a taste of different learning skills. At the beginning of the school year, I will assess my students in many different ways to get a feel of how each one of them learn, so I can create a lesson plan accordingly.
