I am a freshman and I went to Chaparral Middle school last year. I chose to take Chinese over the other world languages because my mom made me take this class, and Spanish, French, and Korean didn’t seem as important as Chinese. I was born in Los Angeles and my parents were both born in Hong Kong. They both came to the U.S. to study and stayed here. I started taekwondo in second grade and earned my black belt during the summer of fourth grade. I also play the violin and used to play the piano and harmonica. I like to listen to music when I do my homework and play video games. My favorite movie is Train to Busan because the story was written very well and the events that happen in the movie are really realistic.
