Before entering students into Schools Online, refer to the last page of current TAS​

Enter students into NESA course number (check pattern delivery e.g. 2u x 2yr, 4u x 1yr)​

Select correct RTO​

Select qualification​

Enter students into units of competency by clicking on radio buttons down left-hand side of screen​

Only enter Preliminary students into units of competency studied during preliminary year. Enter HSC students into ALL units of competency.

Open Evidence Central(opens in a new tab)

Choose the Assessment tab at the top (eg 23-24 Assessment)

Choose the subject

Enter Course

On the right hand side, below your profile initials, is an < with "open block drawer".

Click on the competency record (it has a book symbol on the left)

In the Filter by group, choose your school. This is an up to date, live competency tracking sheet.
