Use a blank piece of paper as your “whiteboard.” Sketch, write, draw, whatever you need to do to capture your thinking. Reflection questions:

1. Awareness: What is your initial reaction? 
2. Awareness: How do you feel? What excites you? What makes you nervous? Other feelings?
3. Analysis: Why do you feel the way you feel? What expectations do you have when you show up at a learning experience like this? What do you expect it to look like? Feel like? What role do you expect to play? What role do you expect the facilitator to play?
4. Analysis: Where do those expectations come from? How have you been conditioned to enter a formal learning space? What has your past experience been that has created those expectations? 
5. Action: What would you do? How would you engage? Try to be as honest/realistic as possible - where would your instincts lead you?
