         <description><![CDATA[<p>Initial care: Remove any small objects in the wound but do not press down. Allow the wound to bleed to clean the wound but look out for arterial bleeding. Clean the wound with saline or water but do it lightly to avoid pushing anything into the wound. Then dress the wound depending on depth.</p><p>Follow-up care: Check up on the wound daily and look for reactions and infection. Change the dressing.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Initial care: Clean the wound with saline or tap water but if the bone or tendon is exposed do not use tap water. Add a saline soaked gauze and cover with another gauze.  Place the injured area in a water tight bag and place it in water. Then refer to a physician.</p><p>Follow-up care: Closely care for the wound and check for infection. Change the dressing often.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Tetanus</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Also look out for tetanus. This is a bacterial infection that causes fever. This is a life threatening infection.</p><p>If this happens you should use: antibiotics and muscle relaxers.</p><p>If the person has not gotten the tetanus shot, give it to them. If they have they might be able to care for their wound at home.</p>]]></description>
