Teacher should little strict along with polite and soft.

the kind of teaching given here stays with the child throughout his life .He absorbs it completely unlike in our times.

The S I time for the child should not be compromised.

Would like to see the activity class in progress

1)Morning assembly-children should be asked to sit and attend the assembly. With this hot  weather and eating habits of kids these days , its difficult to stand and watch…they are just looking forward for assembly to finish. Kids get tired in the beginning of the day.

2)Art- I felt a need of an assistant to the teacher. Kids were struggling cutting the paper in a straight line. If the teacher waits for kids to finish the first step and then moves to the next one, kids will understand and do better.

3)Music-when the class entered the music room, Sir was sitting and talking with other two sirs. After the class settled down , sir started to write the song and other details on the while board(this can be done before the class enters).then the lalala melody was practices for 5-7 minutes ..after all this another class entered. Again the whole atmosphere was chaotic. The sitting arrangement should be ready before the class enters. all kids started searching for chairs -10 mins wasted.

4) then was the class teacher lily ma’am period.we did lab experiments about changes in matter.. kids enjoyed a lot.teacher got all material ready and kids wrote about their observation.

Thank you. I enjoyed my moments in the class with the teacher and kids.

Sandhya teacher was excellent teaching and handling the children.

The cubby should have had doors and not left open.

PE instructors could have planned ahead for an activity if the ground is occupied and they need check the head count.

It was a fabulous experience to be a part of the class. Today I truly feel confident and happy about being an oakridge parent. The class teacher is so energetic, her focus on every child, her ideas on retaining attention of these young boys and girls are amazing. The team work that these guys are exploring, there tolerance towards each  others ideas and the mapping to a school culture of attitudes and profiles was very impressive.The way these concepts are being taught will definitely go a long way in the learning of these young future professionals.

The idea of paraprofessionals is the perfect way of making a parent feel comfortable about the environment his child is in.I truly wish I grew up in a school like oakridge, which broadens the entire scope of learning.Oh yes the last hug from the entire class was an unforgetful experience. Thank you for giving me these memories.

Renu 3F – It was great seeing and experiencing the kids in class. A bit crazy but really good. I liked how the teachers are making learning/teaching a lot more interesting and interactive that before. I think this makes it a lot more interesting and fun for the students to learn. Great Job!

become a teacher all thanks to oakridge but I must say I really enjoyed being wth kids as I got a chance to see how they are in class enjoying there studies frndship and everything small thing they r dng in class I appreciate the teachers the way handle kids and manage class so well it was an awesome experience and would love to come again and again if they want me to thanks a lot for giving me this opportunity and really love the concept 10

My experience at school was amazing . Sunanda mam is very nice with the kids paying individual attention. Yoga teacher was also good with the kids . 10

It was a great experience as a paraprofessional. The children are taught in a very interesting way and the content is also very informative. They  are  taken care by very well trained teachers.
