This approach should prioritize in all scouting trainings and events with cost-effectiveness and measurable outcomes to ensure its effectiveness. Mental Health Ambassador Badge/ Award can be initiate for Scouts/ Scouters to promote the idea of Mental Health Wellbeing necessity. "Listening Ear" can be mandatory in all scouting events , activities and all relevant structures.

2. Create a safe space: Ensure that youth feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings without judgment or stigma. This could be done by creating a safe space for discussion, providing confidential resources for support, and having trusted adults available to listen.

3. Foster connections: Encourage youth to build connections with each other and adults in the organization. Social support can be a powerful protective factor against mental health challenges, so it's important to prioritize community building.

4. Offer resources: Make sure that youth have access to mental health resources, such as hotlines, online support groups, and counseling services. Provide information about these resources and make sure that youth know how to access them if needed.

5. Address stigma: Address mental health stigma within the organization and encourage youth to challenge stigmatizing attitudes and language in their communities. Normalize the idea that seeking help for mental health challenges is a sign of strength.

6. Practice self-care: Encourage youth to prioritize self-care practices that support their mental health, such as mindfulness, exercise, and getting enough sleep. Marginalized groups are more vulnerable and easier to become the target of all types of abuse we have known, or they might be kindly excluded from Scouting. 

Due to Asia's "close" and subtle culture, we are not ready to face this issue, but it does exist.
