We're currently looking for a passionate volunteer to join our team. You'll connect directly with youth on the streets, playing games, engaging in conversations, inviting them to an open youth evening at our office, and helping with the outings/camps (come rain, snow or sunshine). You'll also boost our digital outreach, ensuring our message reaches a wider audience, and promote exciting European Solidarity Corps opportunities at youth events. What are we looking for?

We're looking for a motivated volunteer to work with young people in Vilnius, especially those from socially vulnerable backgrounds. We need an open-minded, patient person who's great at building relationships and truly understanding the world and the challenges young people face. If you have a strong sense of responsibility and previous experience in youth work, that's a big plus! We work outside a lot, so we hope you like walking, playing team sports, and camping from time to time. Our street-based work is dynamic, so flexibility is key. You'll need to be able to tolerate uncertainty, adapt when things don't go as planned, and openly reflect on situations as they unfold. We highly value proactivity and creativity. We're seeking someone eager to realise their potential by leading activities for young people and helping us create a supportive environment filled with quality opportunities and engaging activities. Russian language skills would be considered a significant advantage.
