I think the most valuable non technical skills in 2030 will be communication skills. You can already see the decline in people with good communication skills because of the overuse of technology making it easy to not have to communicate face to face. So by 2030 if someone has really good communication skills and can talk to others without a problem. they are going to have a much higher chance to get the job. for example Lebron James is very good at talking to the media and doing commercials. So in the future, he will be asked to do commercials a lot and maybe even be a talk show host or commentator because of how he can talk to people.

I feel a non-technical skill that will be most valuable in the workforce of 2030 and beyond will be work ethic. I feel having a strong work ethic will carry anyone no matter their skill set a very far way. Employers will always choose someone who is willing to work but doesn't know as much over some one knowelegable but will not get work done properly or with effort put into it.

I think that a very important skill in the workplace is being organized and punctual. If you do not have these skills, you will not be respected even if you have other good qualities. It is important to respond to emails, show up on time, and remember to do what you are asked.
