Someone who's existence alone brightens the surrounding world and does so endlessly. I drew the conclusion that the poem is about a person, or rather a person's energy or soul from the first and last lines. The main line that made me think this was about a bright soul was "But thy eternal summer shall not fade"</div>]]></description>
