Most of these travel in groups but not everyone in the group makes it. Some got lost, left behind, and others die a very painful and slow death. Plus the weather in this desert makes it even more difficult. </div>]]></description>

Before Mendez took off, he took the walkers last bit of money saying that he would bring them back water. The group waited for them to come back but they never did. So the group decided to keep walking the same direction Mendez did in hope of salvation. Because they knew if they stayed it would be certain that they would die.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There were officers in each of the rooms since they were all under arrest. An attorney wanted to take Mendez down. Saying that Mendez knew the exact condition he was going to put the people through. Mendez wrote a letter saying the opposite like he did not know and that it was not his intent to lead them to their death. The dead bodies were now on their way to Tucson in zipped bags and onto the loading docks.</div>]]></description>
