The use of technological means in the lives of students with special needs has many advantages that accrue to them, whether from a psychological, academic, social, or economic point of view. Many studies have shown that the use of some educational aids has a great role in reducing tension. Where there are many entertaining programs and beautiful games that enter joy and pleasure in the hearts of these students and thus greatly reduce their tension and psychological anxiety, and thus many teachers use this method as a positive or negative reinforcer in modifying their behavior.

Also, many studies, both Arabic and foreign, have proven the effectiveness of educational methods in treating many behavioral and psychological problems for students with special needs, and they have also contributed to reducing overactive behavior and improving some behaviors associated with it, such as distraction, impulsivity and hyperactivity.

I am Chaheen Charaf El-Din, a student at Tahrir School 3 in Tunis, and I will talk to you about a special experience that I had.

I have problems with learning difficulties, however, I participated in the Digital Twinning project "Digital Citizenship in Media and Education" under the supervision of my dear teacher Mrs. Hayat bin Ahmed, who encouraged me a lot. I did not find it difficult to communicate with my friends on the project and exchanged ideas and proposals with them

I participated in Professor David’s workshop on “Digital Access and Inclusion” and discovered that there are many applications on the Internet that help children with some difficulties like mine.

I thank everyone who helped me in the digital citizenship project in the media and education, and I encourage all children with special needs to participate in such projects as they stimulate, educate and developmental abilities and make you meet new friends from all over the world.

I was fond of learning technology and being immersed in electronic games until I was at home. I did not talk much with my family, I did not discuss with them, I did not eat with them, I did not do my homework. I gave up all my roles and became a prisoner of the virtual world.

What is the solution to get out of this prison?

When visiting my grandmother, she placed a basket in front of the door and told us to completely abandon our phones when entering the house, she refused the matter, so she insisted on her request and became certain that I crossed the red lines and began to realize that the family and going out to the green nature is the best solution to treating digital addiction.

Hi,I'm Fatma Ben ayed I will talk to you about five ways to enjoy the positive effects of nature in our life:

1- Walk a lot: We know that walking is good for your heart and muscle.

2- Keep a little note of nature:

 We can collect and note everything about our encounters with the outside world.

3- Spend some working hours abroad:

 Spending time outside alone or with friends gives an instant boost to stimulating the mind, reducing anxiety.

4- grow plants in your home:

Growing plants at home not only adds beauty to your space, but it also helps clean the air you breathe.

5- Make your diet balanced with more natural elements:

Diet is without a doubt a great way to forge a strong bond with Nature.

Staying close to nature, observing all the small and important elements in it, and appreciating it from its essence, is self-medicating and self-healing. Even if most of what we do is talk and no action, we can learn a lot from connecting with our natural surroundings. It gives us a perspective for a healthier life, motivation to keep moving forward, and energy to keep trying. Because there is no more primitive and firm bond in us than our love of nature and nature's care for us.
