In addition, I learned that Foster care is a temporary arrangement due to parents inability to care for their kids. Foster Care can be in a foster home, group home, residential home, or care facility. I also learned that if a child is homeless a pattern may be lack of attendance in school. The parents of that child is on survival mode and education is the least of their priorities.
