These book buddies are something I will have in my room. I plan to have this basket set up with the library and allow students to hold one stuffed animal while they read. Not only do I believe this will provide comfort to students reading but it will also help readers build a connection with the book if they are able to physically hold the character that they are reading about.

Keeping up with student data can be overwhelming at times but not with this easy access organizer. One thing I like about this specific one is that the students are labeled by their number, so you don't have to re write students names each year. It is re-usable. You can store students' academic data but also their personal data such as yellow card information, how they get home, papers that have been signed by the parent for front office needs and more.
