      The girl goes through a lot of troubling things like losing her house, friends, and her mom is in the hospital. She gets to go to this one house that she really likes while her mom is in the hospital. She makes some amazing new friends too.
      Sugar which is the main character in the book. She was chosen because she has lost a lot but she is impervious. When they get kicked out of their house they got to a bunch of shelters. Once they found a shelter her mom gets sick so then she goes to a different house while she is in the hospital. As a solution they might get their house back when her mom gets out of the hospital. They could also get a different house somewhere else so they can make new friends.  
1. They need money so they go and try to get jobs but can't
2. They loose their house so then they go to a  bunch of different shelters
3. Sugar's mom is in the hospital so she goes to see her everyday
4. Expository is mainly dichotomy because you have to explain two opposite parts. I have also learned that you are concise with the writing. I have enjoyed getting to try and figure this out because it can be a little complicated so you have to pay a lot of attention to what you do.
