My name is Joshua J. Bellavita, and I am 17 years old (Fun fact: Joshua P. Jamison used to be my legal name before we changed it.)

Based on recent observations, I can say that I have a laid-back personality. My father is from Costa Rica, while my mother is from Cotabato, which makes me half-foreign; I am also an only child (It kinda gets boring when you don't have siblings). I end here because I don't like to write very long statements.

My Hobbies

I like to do photography, and I'm 100% sure when I say that I'm still a beginner. Mountain biking is a fun activity to work out and enjoy the scenery, but it's also a challenge since off-roading can be difficult in most cases. I'm trying to learn the guitar, and I regret not trying to learn how to play it earlier.

What Im expecting for my future

Right now I have three careers I want to pursue, but ofc I must choose one. Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Architecture. Ever since I was a child, I've wanted to be an Architect because I thought designing infrastructure's exteriors was pretty cool. Years went by, and I started opening my options up as advised by my father. I still have not made my final decision. I plan to study for college in Manila or Australia, which is still uncertain.

Media I consume within the day

First thing in the morning, I check Google's news feed, which recommends events that are currently ongoing, and then I check YouTube for movie news. I open up Instagram reels to watch memes when I'm bored, photography tips when I want to learn something new, and fashion inspos. When I don't use social media, I read books like Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman, Child 44 by Tom Rob Smith, and Harbor by John Ajvide Lindqvist ( I just bought those three recently).

I like watching memes, movie news, photography, fashion inspos, read those books because stories or movies really interest me

How are these media influencing me?

The media I consume influences me by making me change what I do. For example, when I watch videos about photography tips, I take notes of these tips, and the next time I shoot, I incorporate them into my pictures. After watching fashion inspos it has definitely made me more conscious about the clothes I wear, but it has also developed. My style is important because I know more about fashion elements like proportions, color dynamics, sizing, texture, etc.
