Will there be a concerted effort to monitor students' outcome or will it be purely self-directed? If it is self-directed, how can teachers monitor and review that the outcomes are met? The concern stems from the idea that we are expecting a lot to be met, yet if there is no clear monitoring, how would we know we are hitting the targets?
