We can accomplish this through teaching inclusively without having the expectations that a student should have to "fit" into our classroom and teaching style. 
    A educators, we are responsible for creating a learning environment that maximizes all students potential, and not only the potential "most." Students are getting the opportunity to learn within a support community with educators, peer and outside resources.
