P: physically a person doesn't grow as fast as  a person their age.
I:they don't learn. Things as fast as fast as a child their age.
E: they can not control their emotions so simple things not going their was may result in them reacting badly.
S: they may feel they are isolated from some situations.
CYSTIC FIBROSIS
P:they struggle to breath.
I:they will fall behind on important work from school or college or work.
E: they will have low self esteem.
S: they have to have machines and medicine at certain times meaning they may not be able to go out with friends.

P- can't do normal everyday activities like a person who doesn't suffer from it 
I- the brain age isn't always up to speed so it could be a 30 year old but be the brain age of 7 
E- emotions all over never all the same
