Yes, strength of character is always more important than physical strength because of its more more permanent value. Physical strength can fade with age while strength of character can follow you a lifetime. Strength of character is also important even when young, strong and healthy as it defines who you are in the future when that physical strength is gone.

I definitely think it is always better to be wise than to be foolish. The best case scenario would be to have wisdom in youth and old age. Just because someone is young doesn’t mean they can’t begin learning wisdom and growing in it. The worst case scenario would be a person advanced in years who still walks in folly. These are the people who fail to take advantage of their young years and waste the time they had to learn.

I believe this is not true. There are many things that we cannot accomplish on our own. For example, no one, even with all the courage and determination in the world, can heal themselves of cancer, even if it is their main focus and goal to overcome that obstacle. I believe that God is the only one who can accomplish that.   

I personally do not believe in fate. I believe we have a sovereign God who has a plan for everyone’s life. Therefore, there is no fate to be escaped. Fate is arbitrary(random) and impersonal. 

According to the Bible, murder is a sin. The Lord says that “vengeance is mine” so therefore it is not our job to avenge anyone’s wrongdoing. They will suffer the consequences for their actions against a holy and righteous Judge.

I agree with this statement because because how you act and treat others is more important than your physical strength. I think that if you have a strong character than you won’t worry about physical strength or how others think of you. Physical strength won’t get you nearly as far in life than your character could. I think that it’s super important to have a strong character because that’s what people are going to know and remember you for. 

 

A person’s physical strengths are not as important as the strength of your character because it defines who you are. If you have a stronger character than more people will like that character most likely. Your physical strength will start to fade when you get older but character does not. That's why it’s important to work on your character now because it will always be with you.

I think that taking someone's life is horrible. I’m OK if it is someone's punishment for taking someone else's life but not initially. 

If you find your true self no one can take that away from you. You are the only person who knows the real you; what you do with it decides what type of person you are. It is the biggest accomplishment of your life when you realize it.

This question was thought provoking. My first instinct was to say no, because there are worse things that people do than be prideful. However, the more I thought about it, pretty much all of our bad decisions we make are because of hubris. For example, say that I am choosing whether or not to go against my instructor’s commands because I think that I know better. Pride causes obliviousness and close mindedness. Pride makes you do bad things.

I believe that God has a plan for your life, and you live according to that. You are free to make whatever decisions you want, but He already knows you’ll make those decisions; therefore it’s apart of His plan (fate). You can’t write your own destiny in my opinion, because it’s already written for you.

Like previously argued, change happens because you make the decision to. If you want to accomplish a goal or overcome an obstacle, you have to want it. Your abilities are limited by you. It’s all just a mind game.

More people will like you if your character is good than if you are big and strong. Muscles are just for show, they don’t mean anything. Just because you are strong doesn't mean you are the best.

Just because you are young and foolish doesn’t mean you have everything wrong. The young learn as they go, and at some points they can be smarter than the wise. Age doesn’t mean everything, to be old and wise means you were once young and foolish.

You’re not helping anyone by killing them. Killing for vengeance just makes more people angry. Which makes more people want to kill other people. That is bad because you’re making more murders by murdering. 

I agree with this statement completely. I believe that character development is extremely important for someone to connect to a character, that only happens through good character development. But I also believe that physical strength can be very useful. Like in the movie Rocky he was a boxer so he was obviously fit but what also made him so memorable was his character development.

People always have the ability to change who they are. You shouldn’t have to change unless you have a good reason though. Just because you don’t have doesn’t mean you can’t.

I believe that everyone has a life that is in a way planned out. Everyone has a fate and one way or another it ends up happening. There are stories of people who have seen their fate that didn’t enjoy it. In trying to prevent it, they actually cause it.

I disagree. Killing someone is never okay even if it is their own wrongdoing. People make mistakes and avenging someone by killing another just goes to show that if they kill and get killed shouldn't you be killed for killing too.

I think it just depends on what the spouse did wrong. Let's say your husband has an affair if I was you I wouldn't want to stay with him, but if he goes and gets drunk and is gamballing even though he said he wouldn't I wouldn't leave him because you can help him to fix the problem.

No, everyone makes mistakes. That does not mean they should have their life taken from them.  I mean I do agree that that person should be punished. Yet, I don’t think they should be punished that extremely. They should be able to try and become a better person and learn from  their mistakes.

     I think it is better to be young and foolish because I think you learn from your mistakes easier. Being old and wise is cool but what do you think made them wise? 

It is good to be wise but you earn wisdom from being foolish. So if you're never foolish you can never be wise.

      Personally I have dealt with fake people and just a lot of wrongdoers in my life. I think that depending on the person, you need to believe what your gut tells you. Normally for me thatś no, they haven´t changed. I think there can be very very limited exceptions. If the person proves to me that they have, then they have. Itś more of an ¨Iĺl believe it when I see it¨ kind of thing. Although in other circumstances, I think that people just act differently around you and try to make you think that they have.  

If you have too much pride you can tear down others including yourself. You should have pride but not too much pride because in pride comes decisions and if you make decisions out of pure pride then you can make a wrong decision thinking its correct.

I don't agree with this statement because we all change if we like it or not and sometimes we don't even realise it. I think that we change through experiences whether bad or good. We become more knowledgeable through the experience.  

Yes, I agreed with this statement because you shouldn’t ever steep down to that person’s level. What they did shows and tell who they are, not you. Be the bigger person and don’t let yourself become a person you are not. Do not lose yourself trying to get revenge. It’s not worth it.
