         <description><![CDATA[<div>Chapter 1<br> Page 21, “Like teachers, when Admin face the challenge to identify learning goals for themselves, the temptation is to continue with previous practice.” </div><div>a.      This goes across ALL levels of our school system.  We tend to either do the status quo or just work with the volunteers.  Part of me has always thought why waste time on working with Turkeys when we can get real work done with the Eagles.  We need to engage ALL staff so we can engage all learners…..how do we promote learning for ALL?</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
