Issues to be discussed with steering committee
- Address potential data issues (offer data vouchers? what's needed & what's possible?); discuss in SCM

- Credits can only be offered if everyone has the chance to participate 

- Students will be getting a certificate of participation

- Limit of students? What will be the maximum?

- 11.00-11.15: Overall Welcome and Introduction to the Diversity Forum by a member of the steering committee followed by an introduction to the Inclusion Day

- 11.15-12.30: Interactive session to warm up & connect with each other
 Opportunities of sharing to get to know each other & learn from each other (note: Prior to our Inclusion Day Tina will invite all participating students to introduce themselves to each other through a video portal); 

Marelize volunteers to organise - who wants to join?

- 12.30-1pm: Lunch Break (option to visit breakout room to have lunch with other participants)

- 1:00-2:15 Thematic workshop #1

    - "Assessment as a key to promoting learning in the inclusive classroom"
--> Input with prompts/ "brain teasers" to facilitate discussions in breakout rooms (Sylke)

2:15 - 2:30: Coffee Break (option to visit breakout room to have virtual break with other participants)

- 2:30-3:45 Thematic workshop #2

    - "Wellbeing in higher education & schools (in times of Covid 19)" 

- perspectives from each country much appreciated

3:45-4pm: Overall discussion + A way forward
--> Key takeaways and passing on to the next group (Lang in Education)

- one student from group to facilitate breakout room (pick randomly at start) 
- groups should include 5-6 people max. and represent students/teachers from all countries

- rooms for students to exchange without the teachers, provide spaces for more privacy (good addition to a workshop as real physical exchange is not possible yet)
