Bepaalde groepen hebben meer geredeneerd welke doelen het belangrijkste waren. 
·      Sommige groepen gebruiken de principes van Be Clear, anderen niet. Ze heeft al therapie gehad en maakt kleine stappen. Daarom minder functiegericht gaan werken en meer compensatiegericht gaan werken. 
·      Het formuleren van een doel rond psychologische hulp. Bepaalde groepen formuleren hier geen doel rond en anderen wel. Dit zou nodig zijn indien de verwerking van NAH te moeilijk gaat, wanneer Veerle het niet kan accepteren.
